Create AccountImportant: When you register, you create a master account in the control panel. Then, access the panel, select your desired server and create your game login before starting.
2. L2Age Launcher
Download our launcher installer and run it. We recommend installing in the default folder
C:/Games/L2Age. After installation, open the launcher, select the desired
server
and click Install. When the server installation is complete,
just click Play!

If the game doesn't open, closes by itself, or shows errors, check the following points:
Problems opening the game?
First, try a clean installation: delete the game folder and download it again. Add the game folder to your antivirus and firewall exceptions.
Critical Error?
This usually happens when running only the patch without the complete client. Use the VERIFY button in our launcher to fix possible corrupted files.
Stuck at character login?
Create another character on the same account, log in with it and use the command .repair CharacterNickWithProblem to fix the problem.
Third-Party Antivirus
Antivirus programs other than Windows Defender (such as Avast, AVG, Kaspersky, Norton, etc.) often block the game as a false positive. Sometimes disabling is not enough — it may be necessary to completely uninstall the antivirus for the game to work.
Bank Security Software
Bank security applications (such as Warsaw, Topaz, GBPlugin) are incompatible with many online games, not just Lineage 2. They interfere with system processes and can silently block game execution.
Irregular or Outdated Windows
Windows installations with activators/cracks or outdated (without Windows updates) can cause various compatibility issues. Use an original and updated Windows.
System Components
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Runtimes and Microsoft DirectX — both available for download on this page. They are essential components for the game to work.
Suspicious Programs on PC
Any crack, hack, bot, or automation program installed on the computer (even if not for L2, e.g., cheats for other games) can be detected by the protection system and prevent the game from starting.
