The approximate waiting time for a support request is 1 to 5 business days; it all depends on how work is progressing on the server at this moment! Remember NOT to send a new message while waiting for a response, as older conversations are answered first!

When sending a message to the administrator, remember that they have no way of knowing who you are, which clan you play in, or other information. Send all details related to your problem, never forget to mention which server you play on (L2Age High Five 20x or LordsBR Classic Interlude 50x), your account name (login), character name, and if it's a clan-related issue, also send the clan name. Now just wait, you will be answered as soon as possible!

How do I make a Payment / Buy Lord Adenas?

They are made through our control panels which can be accessed at the links below:

You need to log in with your username and password (the same ones used to enter the game), click on the Lord Adenas button, then Buy LA's. After making the payment, just click on Transfer LA's and send the desired amount of coins to your in-game character. The coins can also be kept in the panel so you have better control and can transfer them to the character whenever you want and in the desired amount.

How long does it take for Lord Adenas to be available?
Via credit card, MercadoPago, PayPal, and Pix, they are automatic; upon payment, the coins will be immediately available for use.

What can be purchased with Lord Adenas?
To see what can be purchased, log into the game and use ALT+B. Nothing beyond what is directly available in ALT+B can be acquired with Lord Adenas.

I'm going to make a purchase with a higher amount, can't you do something a little better for me?
Yes, the control panel is already configured this way; the higher the amount, the more bonus you receive!
