READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT

Before creating your account, it is essential to understand that this is a FREE AND PRIVATE SERVER, privately owned, with no contractual relationship between the parties. By creating your account, understand that you are not a customer purchasing a product or service, but rather a USER creating an account on a private server. Contributions (donations) for server maintenance are voluntary and do not guarantee preferential treatment, immunity, or priority in support. SERVER ADMINISTRATORS ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY PROVIDING THESE SERVICES, NEVER FULFILLING OBLIGATIONS.

Access to the server is a concession granted by the administration, which may be revoked at any time, with or without prior reason, at the exclusive discretion of the team. Staying on the server is not an acquired right but rather a PERMISSION. If the administration determines that a user's presence is harmful to the server or the community, their access will be revoked without prior notice. Administrators are not required to present justifications or evidence for this decision.

The responsibility for account security (login, password), items, and access environment (computer, internet) is EXCLUSIVELY THE USER'S. The administration is not responsible for losses resulting from negligence or data sharing.

The servers are intended EXCLUSIVELY for individuals 18 years of age or older. The participation of minors is strictly prohibited, even if accompanied, supervised, or authorized by parents or guardians. By creating your account, you declare under your full responsibility that you are 18 years or older. The administration is not responsible for minors who have created accounts irregularly, and such accounts may be removed at any time without prior notice.

In all of the rules below, it is exclusively up to the Administrator to assess the severity of each case and apply the punishment deemed most appropriate, which may range from a simple warning to a permanent ban of all user accounts, including IP and Hardware ID blocking, preventing the creation of new accounts. Each case is unique, the administration individually evaluates the context, severity, intent, and history of repeat offenses (repeated violations by the same user).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND IN-GAME EXPOSURE:

In the game, your character has a nickname precisely to protect your real identity. DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR PERSONAL LIFE within the server. Many players build friendships in game and, over time, end up sharing personal information such as their real name, photos, social media accounts, family situation, health issues, relationships, and other intimate matters.

Remember: today's friends can be tomorrow's enemies. When friendships turn into rivalries, the personal information you voluntarily shared WILL BE used against you. Personal problems, family issues, appearance, relationships — everything you exposed becomes ammunition for provocations and attacks that go far beyond the game.

The Administration TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY for consequences resulting from the voluntary exposure of personal data by players. If you shared your personal life of your own free will, REST ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU. Administrators will not be able to intervene in all types of conflicts originating from information that the player themselves chose to disclose.

Real risks you face when exposing yourself:
* Stalking: Malicious players may use your data to stalk you outside the game, on social media, and even in person.
* Public Exposure (Doxxing): Your personal information may be publicly disclosed on the internet out of revenge or for entertainment.
* Blackmail and Extortion: Private conversations, photos, or shared secrets may be used to blackmail you.
* Financial Scams: People who gain your trust in the game may attempt to scam you outside of it (loans, fake sales, wire transfers, etc.).
* In-Person Meetings: Arranging meetings with people you only met in the game is extremely risky. The administration TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY for any incident resulting from these decisions.

For your safety:
* DO NOT share your real name, photos, documents, or location.
* DO NOT disclose information about your family, spouse, children, or relatives.
* DO NOT exchange personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.).
* DO NOT expose personal, financial, health, or relationship problems.
* DO NOT send money, wire transfers, intimate photos, or any sensitive content to people you met in the game.
* DO NOT arrange in-person meetings with strangers from the server.
* BE SUSPICIOUS of anyone who insists on obtaining your personal information, no matter how "friendly" they may seem.

Online criminals are experts at gaining trust. Rest assured that they exist and are mixed in among other players, it is practically impossible to keep the community completely free of such people. They present themselves as friendly, patient, and helpful individuals, dedicating weeks or months to building a friendship, until you let your guard down and expose what you shouldn't.

By using our server, you assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the information you choose to share with other players. The administration has no control, access, or responsibility over private conversations, external interactions, or consequences of users' personal decisions outside the game environment.

The servers collect only the minimum data necessary for your account to function, such as registration email and, optionally, a phone number for recovery. Your registration data will NEVER be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, unlike what occurs on many other servers. The administration treats the privacy of your data seriously.

Play with your nickname, protect your real life. The game ends when you turn off your computer, but the consequences of data exposure DO NOT.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Administration will NEVER request your password through any means of contact (Email, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, etc.) or any other means of communication that may arise in the future.

The server does not send emails requesting registration updates ("re-registration") or any other matter that requests personal data. We do not have official WhatsApp groups for direct account support. Support is provided exclusively through the official channels published on the website.

There are people attempting to create fake communities on social media claiming to be official server communities. These communities usually contain viruses or programs that can steal your username and password. Don't fall for tricks, don't lose your account. TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR PASSWORD. IF SOMEONE USES YOUR PASSWORD, ADMINISTRATORS AND GMs WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU.

Rules and Terms of Use:

01) The use of automation software (BOTs), scripts, auto-click, or any method that simulates human presence to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. Our protection systems constantly monitor activity. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent ban of ALL ACCOUNTS associated with the user.

Zero Tolerance: There is no recovery for accounts banned for BOT usage. Items obtained illicitly will be tracked and removed, and direct beneficiaries will also be punished. If you suspect that someone uses such programs, never share accounts with that person, as your accounts will be banned as well.

Don't fool yourself into thinking you won't get caught. Many times the administration already knows you are using automation programs, but chooses to monitor silently for longer to track all involved accounts, item transfers, and beneficiaries. Your characters are placed in special logs and, when the complete network is mapped, the ban is applied en masse. Sooner or later, all your time will be wasted, all accounts banned, and all acquired items deleted.

When a user is banned for using such programs, it will no longer be possible to play on our servers, not even with a new account.

02) Exploiting game flaws (Bugs/Glitches) for personal benefit is prohibited. Any anomaly found must be reported immediately to the administration. Disclosing bugs to other players or abusing them is considered a serious offense.

03) Scams, Theft, and Item Responsibility: The responsibility for loans, trades, and sharing of goods is ENTIRELY THE PLAYER'S. It is technically unfeasible for the administration to monitor or audit private agreements between players. WE RECOMMEND NOT SHARING ACCOUNTS, LENDING ITEMS, IN-GAME CURRENCY, ETC. If these recommendations are ignored, there is no right to file a complaint.

Taking advantage of new players' inexperience, such as deceiving them in trades, stealing items, or leading them into harmful situations, is considered an offense.

If you got involved in a dispute, resolve it on your own and NEVER BOTHER THE SERVER ADMINISTRATION WITH THESE MATTERS. Users who persist in bothering the administration with this type of issue will have their accounts banned immediately.

04) Temporary Items: On our servers, some items have a limited duration. It is the EXCLUSIVE DUTY OF THE PLAYER to monitor the expiration time of their items and plan their renewal or new acquisition. The Administration TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY and WILL NOT RESTORE items that disappeared due to time expiration, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We do not accept excuses such as: "I was sick/in the hospital", "my PC broke", "I had no internet", "I was traveling for work", etc. If the time ran out, the item expires. It is the user's full responsibility to manage their deadlines.

05) For database maintenance and cleanup purposes, the administration may remove characters that have been inactive for 180 days or more. To prevent your characters from being considered inactive, each one simply needs to remain online for at least 5 minutes. The administration may, at its discretion, auction the items of removed characters to other players. PvP and PK rankings are generally reset every 6 months, with or without character login.

06) No form of serious offense, discrimination, or harassment will be tolerated. The use of profanity (swear words) alone IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REPORT or punishment, as this is a game of war and conflict. The Administration will not analyze reports based solely on the use of vulgar language and will not waste time reviewing trivial cases or chat "nonsense". The focus will only be on serious and heavy cases.

Important: If the Administrators notice that a report was made solely to harm another player for petty reasons (an attempt to use the rules as a weapon), and that no real offense actually occurred, THE PERSON WHO FILED THE REPORT WILL BE PUNISHED. Do not bother the administration with nonsense.

What will not be tolerated (Serious Offenses / Harassment):
* Racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism.
* Prejudice of any kind: physical, mental, financial, religious, political, social, or regional condition.
* Attacks on personal life, family members, or relatives.
* Systematic harassment ("stalking") where the goal is to prevent another from playing or to excessively annoy.
* Use of Provocative Nicks or Titles: Creating characters or changing titles with the intent to offend, provoke, or harass other players.

Disguise Attempts / Context:
The Administrators have full authority to analyze the CONTEXT and INTENT of messages. Attempts to disguise offenses, use obvious hints, or claim "I didn't name anyone" to circumvent the rules (playing dumb) will not be accepted. If the administration identifies bad faith or covert harassment, the punishment will be applied.

Provocation and Retaliation (The Two-Sided Rule):
* The provoker is also guilty: If it is proven that the reporter provoked the other player into losing their temper and cursing (to force a punishment), BOTH WILL BE PUNISHED.
* Retaliation voids the report: If you were cursed at and, instead of blocking and reporting, decided to curse back in kind, YOU LOSE THE RIGHT TO REPORT. The administration will disregard the case or punish both parties. We do not accept "they started it".

Mandatory Report Criteria:
For the Administrators to analyze a case, it is MANDATORY to prove that you attempted to cease contact:
1. You must have blocked all of the aggressor's characters with the command /block charname.
2. You must send a screenshot of your block list (command /blocklist) proving the block.
*Without this evidence, the report will be dismissed.*

Trivial and petty cases will be ignored or resolved with a simple warning. Serious cases may result in immediate banning, without the need to go through all the steps below.

Punishments (Escalation):
1. Warning: Initial cases.
2. Chat Ban (3 to 7 days): Repeat offense (repetition of the infraction).
3. Account Suspension (3 to 7 days): Persistence or elevated severity.
4. Permanent Ban: Extreme cases of hate or continuous insistence.
Administrators possess tools to block chat between players and will use them when necessary.

07) When contacting the administration, be direct and objective. Explain your issue right in the first message. Avoid empty greetings such as "Hi", "How are you?" or "Can I ask a question?". Due to high demand, messages without objective content may not be prioritized. Contacting with trivial matters, unfounded complaints, or without following the correct channels may result in your message being permanently ignored without any response.

False or unfounded reports: Accusing another player of something they didn't do, with the intent to harm them or make the administration waste time verifying a non-existent situation, is considered a serious offense. Those who file false reports will be punished. The administration will not tolerate players who use the reporting system as a tool to pursue rivals.

08) Any user who attempts to impersonate or suggest they have privileged contact with an administrator or team members commits a serious offense. Usernames similar to those of team members are subject to the same terms.

09) Usernames containing racist terms, serious offenses, or vulgar names will be removed from our system without prior notice.

10) External Trading (RMT): The trading of items, accounts, or in-game currency for real money or outside the game is ALLOWED, provided it is done exclusively through the Marketplace available in the Control Panel, which can be used for both character sales and item sales. Trading rules are also posted in our official Market channel on Discord.

Players who attempt to circumvent the system by trading outside the official channels (Marketplace or Discord Market) will be subject to retention of characters and items involved in the transaction. Retained items and characters may, at the administration's discretion, be auctioned to other players. Attempts to circumvent the system generally result in permanent banning of all parties involved in the transaction, seller and buyer are equally liable.

Players who discover and report transactions conducted outside official channels may be rewarded if the report is confirmed by the administration. The type and value of the reward are at the exclusive discretion of the Administrator. Reports must be made privately through official support channels, accompanied by evidence (screenshots, conversations, etc.).

11) Advertising of products, companies, servers, and others within the server is not allowed.

Player Recruitment: Sending private or public messages to other players inviting, suggesting, or offering to play on another server is considered an extremely serious offense. It does not matter if the message was "innocent" or "just a tip between friends". In the vast majority of cases, players who make this kind of invite are receiving benefits in exchange from the competing server (items, currency, privileged position) to recruit players from here.

This type of offense generally results in permanent banning of all user accounts, including IP and Hardware ID blocking, preventing the creation of new accounts.

12) Disrespect towards the server team is a serious offense. The Administration values mutual respect. Insults, defamation, or contempt towards administrators will not be tolerated.

13) It is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED to post any type of criticism in public areas of the server, such as forums and/or social media. If you have criticism to offer, use our support system and speak directly with the administration.

14) The Server may be restarted (Restart) at any time for emergency maintenance or application of fixes, even during event hours. The team works to maintain stability, but unscheduled maintenance may occur to ensure database integrity.

The Administration reserves the right to change, add, or remove any rule at any time, without prior notice. It is the player's responsibility to stay updated. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt the user from their consequences. By continuing to play, you automatically agree to any updates made to this document.
