What is the response time for a support request?
The response time via ticket or direct message is 1 to 5 business days, depending on demand. Remember: do not
send new messages about the same issue, as we answer the oldest ones first!
How should I send my message to support?
Be as detailed as possible! Always include the server name (High Five or Interlude), your
login, the affected character's name, and, if applicable, the clan name. This
greatly speeds up the service.
Purchases and Payments (Lord Adenas)
How can I acquire Lord Adenas?
Purchases are made exclusively through our Control Panel. Log in with your account and navigate to the "Lord
Adenas" section.
How long does it take to receive the Lord Adenas?
Payments via Credit Card, MercadoPago, PayPal, and PIX are processed automatically. The coins are available for
immediate use after confirmation.
What can I buy with Lord Adenas?
All available items can be viewed directly in the game, through the Community Board (ALT+B) shop. No items
outside this list can be acquired with Lord Adenas.
Are there bonuses for larger amounts?
Yes! The Control Panel is already set up to offer more bonuses on larger value packages.
